It is very helpful to have someone to talk with during this struggle, someone with personal experience and professional expertise.
She will bring clarity and focus to stressful situations you are experiencing and help you to garner your own strength and resources.
Call me to discuss your personal situation and see if we are a good fit.
Do you find that old coping skills have become inadequate as time goes on and life's challenges change? Are you wrestling with emotional clarity or the resolution of past experiences or circumstances. For many, a collaboration with a therapist can provide a safe space to explore areas of dissatisfaction or conflict with oneself and others. Finding a good therapist is a matter of finding someone who listens, empathizes, is responsive, and can empower you with hope and bravery to do the difficult work involved in change. I can provide that individualized approach for you.
I use an integrative approach blending traditional psychodynamic and cognitive-behavioral therapies with meditation and a post-modern, person-centered approach in order to work with clients in the most effective way for them. I strive to work with clients in a collaborative way focusing on what matters most to them at the time.
Seeking help takes courage. Together we can work to ensure you have support and guidance as you gain insight into your difficulties, make positive changes, and learn how to move through life as your most honest and authentic self. Call me and let's discover how I can help you.
