Do you find that old coping skills have become inadequate as time goes on and life's challenges change? Are you wrestling with emotional clarity or the resolution of past experiences or circumstances. For many, a collaboration with a therapist can provide a safe space to explore areas of dissatisfaction or conflict with oneself and others. Finding a good therapist is a matter of finding someone who listens, empathizes, is responsive, and can empower you with hope and bravery to do the difficult work involved in change. I can provide that individualized approach for you.
I help people reclaim their happiness. I believe that treating the whole person is the path to being connected to your values and focusing on what's actually important to you. Together, we will look at new perspectives and create solutions to address your problems and make your hopes for the future a reality.
Seeking help takes courage. Together we can work to ensure you have support and guidance as you gain insight into your difficulties, make positive changes, and learn how to move through life as your most honest and authentic self. Call me and let's discover how I can help you.
